For perfect Fajitas every time just take 1 medium onion thinly sliced, 1 red and 1 green pepper cut into strips, 1 kilo chicken breast cut into long strips. Sauté onion and peppers in 2 tbsp oil until softened remove from pan and set aside. Add 1 tbsp oil to pan and fry chicken strips over medium high heat until browned. Add ½ bottle sauce to chicken and the vegetables back to the pan, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Serve on warm tortillas with salsa, shredded cheddar, and sour cream.
