WD Cooking Sauces

Serves 3-4 people
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat 15 mL (1 tbsp) Butter in fry pan over MEDIUM heat. Add 454 g (1 lb.) chicken diced into 2.5 cm (1 in.) pieces. Stir-fry for 5 minutes. Reduce heat; add sauce and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

INGREDIENTS: Water, cream (cream, milk, skim milk powder, carrageenan, mono and diglycerides, cellulose gum, polysorbate80, sodium citrate), tomato paste, onion, butter, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sea salt, habanero pepper, carrageenan, locust bean gum, pectin, citric acid, spices.

In a large wok heat 2-3 Tbsp vegetable oil over high heat. Add 454g of beef strips and fry until generously browned. Add 1 sliced onion and 1/2 cup julienne carrots to wok, cook 3 minutes. Add 1/2 bottle sauce and cook an additonal 2 minutes. Serve with steamed rice and garnish with sliced green onion. Serves 2-4.

Slow Cooked Beef Barbacoa Tacos
1.4 Kg beef chuck roast,large cubed. 1 medium onion, thick sliced. ½ bottle WD Barbacoa Sauce. In a slow cooker sear beef on all sides in 2TBS oil. Add onion, sauce and ½ cup beer or water. Cook on high for 3-4 hrs until meat is fork tender. Remove meat and shred then return it to the pot with the cooking juices. Serve with warm tortillas, chopped cilantro and pico de gallo.

[lang2] Tacos de boeuf Barbacoa à la mijoteuse
1,4 kg de rôti de bœuf coupé en gros cubes, 1 oignon moyen, coupé en tranches épaisses, ½ bouteille de sauce WD Barbacoa.
Dans une mijoteuse, saisir le bœuf de tous les côtés dans 2 c. à soupe d'huile. Ajouter l'oignon, la sauce et ½ tasse de bière ou d'eau. Cuire à température élevée pendant 3 à 4 heures, jusqu'à ce que la viande se défasse à la fourchette. Retirer la viande, l'effilocher puis la remettre dans la mijoteuse avec le jus de cuisson. Servir avec des tortillas chaudes, de la coriandre hachée et du pico de gallo.

For perfect Fajitas every time just take 1 medium onion thinly sliced, 1 red and 1 green pepper cut into strips, 1 kilo chicken breast cut into long strips. Sauté onion and peppers in 2 tbsp oil until softened remove from pan and set aside. Add 1 tbsp oil to pan and fry chicken strips over medium high heat until browned. Add ½ bottle sauce to chicken and the vegetables back to the pan, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Serve on warm tortillas with salsa, shredded cheddar, and sour cream.
