Light golden in colour, Rosewood Wildflower Honeycomb has a light yet distinct flavour that is derived by the wildflowers of the Niagara Escarpment. Fresh with balanced sweetness and subtle floral flavours, it excites your palate with a delicious lingering finish. Honeycomb can be enjoyed as a treat completely on its own (we highly recommend it this way) or used to accompany cheese & charcuterie boards.
Much like wine, honey will vary in aroma, taste and colour from year-to-year reflecting characteristics of both the season and region.
Do not refrigerate the honeycomb.
