Not to be confused with HoneyButter, this is an all natural creamed honey made from our Wildflower Honey. It’s a process created at Guelph University to preserve unpasteurized honey for long trips by forcing its crystallization. Makes a terrific breakfast honey because of its “creamy” consistency that’s perfect to spread on toast!

Do not refrigerate the Creamed Honey.

Fresh walnuts and Rosewood’s 100% Unpasteurized Wildflower are combined to create a unique tasting experience. It’s delicious on its own, or used to top your favourite cheese (brie and blue cheese are fan favourites), salad, yogurt, or dessert.

For best results store in a dark dry place, such as a pantry or kitchen cabinet. Never refrigerate as it will speed up the crystallization process of the unpasteurized honey.

100% Unpasteurized Wildflower Honey.

• Dispenses liquid honey in a slow and steady stream, while preventing drips on the counter. Syrups, melted chocolate and caramel sauce are just a few of the thick and sticky foods that can also be drizzled from a honey dipper.
• Beech is an extremely hard wood with a tight closed grain, making it a tradtional favourite for kitchen tools

• Care: Hand wash using hot water and mild dish soap. Blot with a soft clean dish towel, and allow to dry completely before putting away. Do not leave submerged in water. Not dishwasher safe. Periodic application of a mineral oil will help to prevent dryness and cracking, and will enhance the finish of the piece.
