Not to be confused with HoneyButter, this is an all natural creamed honey made from our Wildflower Honey. It’s a process created at Guelph University to preserve unpasteurized honey for long trips by forcing its crystallization. Makes a terrific breakfast honey because of its “creamy” consistency that’s perfect to spread on toast!

Do not refrigerate the Creamed Honey.

Smoked in-jar using 100% natural wood in a traditional smoker. Our process creates a unique smokey flavour profile. Try it in your favourite bbq sauce, drizzled on pizza, on top of cheese or in coffee to add a distinct and savoury smokey character.
