Oven Roasted Tomato & Basil Bruschetta Pepperoni Pizza

Pepperoni Pizza
Serve 4
INGREDIENTS
- 200g pizza dough (house made or store bought)
- 1 jar of WD Oven Roasted Tomato & Basil Bruschetta

½ cup of Shredded mozzarella

100g of Pepperoni slices
- ¼ cup Sliced Cremini Mushrooms
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 450F degrees. If you’re using a pizza stone, place it in oven for at least 30 minutes.
- Spread and shape pizza crust into a 10 inches round on a floured countertop. Move your pizza to your pizza stone or pan. Spread Roasted Tomato & Basil Bruschetta 1 or 2 Tbsp as desired.
- Cover your pizza with shredded Mozzarella, top with pepperoni and Mushrooms
- Bake in preheated oven for 12 - 15 minutes or until crust is golden.
