Sweet and Spicy Jalapeño Poppers






  • 6 jalapeños halved and seeded
  • ½ cup of cream cheese
  • ¾ cups of WD peach and apricot sauce
  • 3 tbs of parmesan




Step 1

Pre heat the oven at 400º.

Wearing gloves, slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a small spoon. You can also remove white ribs if you want to make it less spicy.

Step 2

Mix 2/3 C of WD Peach & Apricot Everything Sauce with softened cream cheese until fully encorporated.

Step 3

Fill your jalapenos with the cream cheese mix.

Step 4

Set the Jalapeno on a baking pan. Top your Jalapeños with a bit more of the Peach and Apricot sauce and top with grated Parmesan cheese.

Step 5

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

Let it sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
