Sweet and Spicy Jalapeño Poppers

Who doesn't like a popper?  These sweet & spicy Jalapeño bites will be the first to get gobbled up at every party!

This recipe makes 12 poppers.

 Ingredients:

Pre-heat the oven at 400º 

Directions:

  1. Wearing gloves, slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a small spoon. You can also remove white ribs if you want to make it less spicy.
  2. Mix 2/3 C of WD Peach & Apricot Everything Sauce #2 with softened cream cheese until fully incorporated.
  3. Fill your jalapenos with the cream cheese mix.
  4. Set the Jalapeños on a baking pan and glaze them with the remaining Peach & Apricot sauce then top with the grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.  Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
