One Pan Fajitas

  

 

We've all heard of Taco Tuesday, why not have Fajita Friday?  This recipe is so simple, it’s scandalous! 

This recipe will make 6 - 8 Fajitas

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Chicken (white or dark meat)
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 Bottle of WD Fajita Skillet Sauce

Directions:

  1. Slice the chicken, peppers, and onions into strips and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish.  Pour ½ bottle of the sauce over and stir ensuring that everything is coated.   Cover with tin foil and let sit for 1 hour.
  2. Heat your oven to 400 degrees.  Bake the chicken, peppers, and onion covered for 15 minutes;  then uncover, stir them up, and bake another 15 minutes.

 That’s it!  Serve on warm tortillas with all your favourite fixings and enjoy!
