Grilled Bourbon & Maple Pork Chops with Maple Peaches
We love these year 'round. Cook them up either on the grill or in a pan, these hefty pork chops will satisfy the biggest appetite!
SERVES: 2-3
Ingredients:
- 2 Large Pork Chops
- 1 cup WD Bourbon & Maple Syrup BBQ Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
- 3 Fresh Peaches
- 1/4 C REAL Maple Syrup
Directions:
Start by patting your pork chops dry and seasoning with salt and pepper. Set them aside.
Wash and dry your peaches, cut them in half, remove the pits and put them in a bowl with the maple syrup. Toss or stir them to coat all the peaches with the syrup.
Heat up your BBQ and brush the pork chops with WD Bourbon & Maple Syrup BBQ Sauce and grill until internal temperature 145°F (62.8 °C). Put cooked chops on a plate and cover with tin foil to let them rest.
While the chops are resting, grill the peaches on BBQ until tender.
Once everything is cooked, move your chops and peaches to a serving plate, and brush with some extra sauce.
Garnish with fresh chopped chives or green onions and serve with creamy potato salad, coleslaw, or your favorite BBQ sides.
