For Perfect Al Pastor Tacos: Cut 1 kg of pork tenderloin or shoulder roast into 1cm thick slices. Marinate pork in ½ bottle of sauce for at least 1 hour. Line the bottom of a greased loaf pan with fresh pineapple rings, layer pork slices to form a tightly packed block. Barbeque or roast at 375℉ until internal temperature reads 160℉. Once cooked, let cool to room temperature, remove from pan, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight. To serve, slice loaf into 1cm strip and reheat in a frying pan with more sauce.

Slow Cooked Beef Barbacoa Tacos
1.4 Kg beef chuck roast,large cubed. 1 medium onion, thick sliced. ½ bottle WD Barbacoa Sauce. In a slow cooker sear beef on all sides in 2TBS oil. Add onion, sauce and ½ cup beer or water. For perfect Fajitas every time just take 1 medium onion thinly sliced, 1 red and 1 green pepper cut into strips, 1 kilo chicken breast cut into long strips. Sauté onion and peppers in 2 tbsp oil until softened remove from pan and set aside. Add 1 tbsp oil to pan and fry chicken strips over medium high heat until browned.
