One Pan Fajitas

 

Dinner so simple, it's scandalous!

Method:

Slice the chicken, peppers, and onions into strips and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish.  Pour ½ bottle of the Sauce over and stir ensuring that everything is coated.   Cover and let sit for 1 hour.

 Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees.  Bake the chicken, peppers, and onion covered for 15 minutes; uncover, stir them up and bake another 15 minutes.

 That’s it!  Serve on warm tortillas with all your favourite fixings and enjoy!

 Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Chicken (white or dark meat)
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 Bottle of Wildly Delicious Fajita Skillet Sauce
